Due to the accelerating coronavirus pandemic, we will change our shop opening time and the time for picking-up pre-ordered items.

The latest opening time is different from the time we informed you when you ordered.

We are very sorry for this sudden change. From 2021/1/8, we operate our shop as below.

Pre-ordering is only available for the passengers taking a flight departing from 8:35a.m. to 10:55p.m.
When your flight is planned to depart after PM10:55 and you will be able to visit our shop by 10PM, please inform us by adding the information on “Inquiry” which you can write when you order.

The name of the person departing (only available to those departing overseas, but if any of your friends or family members travel abroad, you can receive the product on your behalf. )

You can complete the procedure from "My Page" up to 2 days before departure (only cancellation).
If there is a change in the product, please cancel all your orders and then place your order again.
* Customers who have paid in advance cannot cancel, so please contact us by email.
