With the commencement of operations at Haneda International Airport Terminal 2, we have reopened the acceptance of pre-orders.
There are two locations where you can pick up your pre-ordered items: inside the TIAT DUTY FREE CENTRAL store in Terminal 3 and at the Reservation Pick-up Counter in Terminal 2.
Your pick-up will be at the Terminal you specified when placing your order.
Please note that pick-up is only available at the designated Terminal, and we are unable to pick-ups at other Terminals. Therefore, please confirm your Terminal of use before making your application.
Also, please be aware that we cannot accommodate changes if there is a last-minute switch in your departure Terminal.


羽田國際線第2號航站樓運營重新開始,隨之我們恢復了事前訂購的接受服務。
事前訂購的領取地點包括:第3號航站樓TIAT DUTY FREE CENTRAL店內和第2號航站樓預約交付櫃台。
請注意,您的領取地點將在訂購時由客戶指定的航站樓。由於無法在指定航站樓以外的地點領取,請確認您所使用的航站樓後再進行申請。
此外,如果您的出發航站樓在最後一刻有所更改,我們將無法提供相應的支持。敬請諒解。

한다 국제선 제2 터미널 운영을 시작하게 되어 사전 주문 접수를 재개하였습니다.
사전 주문 수령 장소는 제3 터미널 TIAT DUTY FREE CENTRAL 내 및 제2 터미널 예약 인도 카운터로 2군데로 지정되었습니다.
주문 시 고객님이 지정한 터미널에서 수령하게 됩니다.
지정된 터미널 이외에서는 수령이 불가하니 이용하실 터미널을 확인한 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
또한, 출발 터미널이 직전에 변경되는 경우에도 대응이 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

The name of the person departing (only available to those departing overseas, but if any of your friends or family members travel abroad, you can receive the product on your behalf. )

You can complete the procedure from "My Page" up to 2 days before departure (only cancellation).
If there is a change in the product, please cancel all your orders and then place your order again.
* Customers who have paid in advance cannot cancel, so please contact us by email.

Please provide your 14-digit order number or give the recipient's name.

* If you have multiple order numbers, please tell us the total number of orders.

* You can check your order number from the order acceptance email, confirmation email, or "My Page" on the ordering site.

* For smooth receipt, if you are not recipient of the products, please forward the order confirmation email to the recipient, or print out and hand it to the recipient.
