Ordering Procedure

Please read before placing an order.

Please ensure you have required information to hand.

  • Departure Date
    (Online orders are accepted up to two days before departure)
  • Airline name and flight number
  • Name of departing party
    Orders can be placed only by users departing overseas.
    (Note, however, that friends or family members traveling abroad may pick up the products for you)

Online Order Process

1.Complete membership registration.

An e-mail will be sent after registration.
*If you do not receive the e-mail, the e-mail address provided may be incorrect.
Please inquire here for details.

2.Select the desired product and click the "add to cart" button.

Proceed to Cart|Product List.

*You can change to quantities or delete products from this screen.

If you wish to continue shopping, please click the "continue shopping" button to return to the top page.
If you have finished, please click the "departure date/flight number" button.

■Orders can be placed only by customers departing from Haneda International Airport.

From one month to two days before departure

3.Please enter your membership ID/departure information.

If you have not registered as a member, please complete registration.
If you already have a membership ID, proceed to the next page.

If the departing party differs from the person placing the order, click "Other" and enter the name of the recipient in the "Surname/Name" column below.
*If the person placing the order is the departing party, "Surname/Name" can be omitted.

*Check the products ordered and click the "Order Product" button if the information is correct.

4.Ordering procedure is completed.

*An automated Order Receipt e-mail will be sent immediately after placing the order, but please note that the order is not confirmed at this point.
We will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail after confirming products are in stock.

*Ordered products can be confirmed in on the Customer Information section of this website. (Details of products confirmed to be in stock will be displayed)

*If additional orders are placed after completion of an order, purchase history cannot be viewed for all of the products until the stock has been confirmed for additional orders.

5.An Order Confirmation e-mail will be sent.

*An Order Confirmation e-mail will be sent within Order Receipt Service business hours (9:00 to 18:00) after confirmation that products are in stock.

*Please check the order and pick-up location before departure.

6.After completing emigration procedures, please pick up products at TIAT DUTY FREE.

*On the date of departure, please communicate the full name of the recipient at the TIAT DUTY FREE shop.

*Products can be picked up only on departure. Please note that you cannot pick up products on your return, or have them delivered to your home.

If there is a change in the product, please cancel all your orders and then place your order again.
* Customers who have paid in advance cannot cancel, so please contact us by email.

Please provide your 14-digit order number or give the recipient's name.

* If you have multiple order numbers, please tell us the total number of orders.

* You can check your order number from the order acceptance email, confirmation email, or "My Page" on the ordering site.

* For smooth receipt, if you are not recipient of the products, please forward the order confirmation email to the recipient, or print out and hand it to the recipient.
