Since March 1, 2013, FANCL Points have been added for purchases of FANCL products at TIAT Duty Free Central at Haneda Airport International Terminal.

Points can be used together with those points accumulated through the TIAT Duty Free Reservation Site, providing you with an additional merit. Please take advantage of the points accumulated through our Reservation Site by using them together.

[FANCL Points accumulation methods]

1. Bring your Point Card and the customer copy of import confirmation (purchase receipt) to any FANCL store outside the airport in Japan you visit regularly; or

2. Add points by phone: Have the customer copy of import confirmation (purchase receipt) ready at hand, and call our point processing desk at the following number:

0120-34-2222 (From 9:00 to 21:00)

[Points to note]

(1) Points are added afterwards. No points can be added at the Central store.
(2) New cards cannot be issued at the Central store.
(3) If the customer slip for import confirmation (purchase receipt) given at purchase is lost, points cannot be added. Be sure to keep the slip until the procedure for adding points is completed.
(4) "FANCL Point Service" is different from TIAT Duty Free Reservation Point service.

(5) Since our Reservation Point service is a separate service, our Reservation Points are added on your departure date when you purchase goods that you have reserved. When you apply for points at FANCL, FANCL Points are added afterwards.
