This service offers enhanced convenience when purchasing products from duty-free shops before international departures. Because you can conveniently pick up your items at the business aviation gate on your departure date after reserving your desired items online, you can save time and relax before your trip.
*This service is only available to customers using the business aviation gate.

  • Reservations outside available hours will be canceled.
    (Available hours include only flights that depart from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  • Only advanced payment by credit card is accepted.
  • You will receive your items after immigration inspection.
  • You will be asked to show your passport as proof of identity when receiving your items.
  • In-store changes or substitutions on the day of departure and partial cancellations are not permitted.
  • Receiving your items may take a few moments. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
