Yamazaki 25 Years Old is a super premium whisky made by carefully vatting select malt whiskies which have been aged for more than 25 years in sherry casks. Just over a thousand bottles are produced annually. Its elegant and gently expanding aroma is derived from the sweetness of the sherry casks, with a rich, complex flavor woven from the balance of sweetness and bitterness present in the malt whiskies which have been slowly matured over the years.
