Information Concerning Payment by Credit Card Before Departure (Prepayment by Credit Card)

You have chosen prepayment by credit card from the JAPAN DUTY FREE product ordering site.

★ Advantages of Prepayment by Credit Card ★
・Payment is completed on the day of order. This eliminates the need to pay the price on the day of departure.
・The customer confirms that their order is correct when they collect their order at the store on the day of departure.


How to Collect Your Order on the Day of Departure

Give your order number (can be found in the email confirming your order) and full name to the sales staff at the designated store.
(Please display a print out of the email confirming your order, or your order completion email to ensure that you are served without delay.)

Confirm with the sales person that your order is correct and complete before leaving the store.

* Products with an order number for which no prepayment has been made are to be paid for separately at the store.

* Only lump-sum payments are accepted.
* Please type your credit card number, card security code and card expiry date in the credit card prepayment display.
* If a single order contains products that are eligible for credit card payment and those which are not, payment by credit card will not be accepted.


Changing Order Details after Prepayment by Credit Card

Changing a Product
If you wish to change a product order after credit card prepayment, please notify us and include the order number (in your order confirmation email) at least 2 days before departure by telephoning the number below or through our "Inquiries" page.

We will begin procedures to cancel the payment for the specified order number (in your order confirmation email).

You will be advised when the procedures have been completed.

When credit card prepayment is cancelled, all products in that order will be cancelled (regardless of the quantity ordered).
When ordering the desired products, please select a payment method (credit card prepayment or payment at the store).


Changing the Credit Card Used
If you wish to change credit card details after prepayment, please notify us and include the order number (in your order confirmation email) at least 2 days before departure by telephoning the number below or through our "Inquiries" page.

We will begin procedures to cancel the payment for the specified order number (in your order confirmation email) and the order itself.
* If you have ordered multiple products under a single order number, the cancellation procedure will delete all products, including those not specified in the change request.

You will be advised when the procedures have been completed.

When ordering again, please prepay with your preferred credit card.


Changing from Credit Card Prepayment to Payment at Store
If you wish to change the payment method from credit card prepayment to payment in store by credit card, please notify us and include the order number (in your order confirmation email) at least 2 days before departure by telephoning the number below or through our "Inquiries" page.

We will begin procedures to cancel the payment for the specified order number (in your order confirmation email). Please note that the order number can continue to be used and order details will be retained. ↓
You will be advised when the procedures have been completed.

Please provide the shop staff with your order number on the day and pay at the store.


Changing Departure Date, Airline, Flight No. or Destination
If you wish to change a departure date, airline, flight number or destination after credit card prepayment, please contact us by telephoning the number below or through our "Inquiries" page.

Order Cancellation After Credit Card Prepayment

If you wish to cancel an order after prepayment, please notify us and include the order number (in your order confirmation email) at least 2 days before departure by telephoning the number below or through our "Inquiries" page.

We will begin procedures to cancel the payment for the specified order number (in your order confirmation email).
If you have ordered multiple products under a single order number, the cancellation procedure will delete all products, including those not included in the change request.

You will be advised when the procedures have been completed.

If you wish to cancel only some items in an order, place another order for the required products and prepay with your preferred credit card.

* If you wish to cancel an order less than 2 days before your departure, please inquire by telephoning the number below.

* If a prepaid order is not collected, please be aware that we will commence procedures to cancel the order and the credit card payment.
* Please be aware that no cancellation fee will apply if a prepaid order is cancelled but the cancellation of a large order may mean that subsequent orders may be refused.



Items Relating to Refunds after Prepayment Cancellation

When a credit card prepayment is cancelled, we will subsequently refund the payment through your card company. Please check the order status by logging into "My Page" on our website.
The cancellation process may take several days. (Approx. 1 week)
If the status does not change to "Cancelled" after 2 weeks, please contact us.



Cancellation and Product Exchange After Collection of Purchase

Please be advised that we will not return or replace any item after it has been collected without a valid reason.



Credit Card Discounts, Coupons and Other Discounts

Special discount services, coupons and other types of discount associated with the credit card used by the customers may not be used for credit card prepayments. Please make your purchase at the store on the day of departure instead.
