Silky, sweet, rich and intense… Some of the rarest of our whiskies, all of which have been aged for at least 25 years, this is a batch-produced whisky finished in first-fill sherry butts. Our team of experts individually selects each cask and monitors the whisky in its finishing process to make sure the Sherry casks add the subtlest sherry tones to an intense, silky and elegant whisky.

Nose: Intense, deep and creamy. Exotic oakiness mixed with dark chocolate with scents of dried sultanas
Palate: Sweet at first, evolving into indulgent spice with a medley of ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg. Incredibly long, rich and balanced finish
