The pickup location for the products you have ordered is in the restricted area you can use at arrival.
You can use this if you are arriving at Haneda International Terminal 2.

Caution
You will not be able to pick up products on the day you use the airport if your arrival terminal changes.
Your arrival terminal may change just before you arrive.We are not able to handle bonded goods.This is because formalities are required to move those goods. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.

* Products can only be picked up at the time of departure. Please note that you cannot hand over or deliver to home after returning to Japan.

You can complete the procedure from "My Page" up to 2 days before departure (only cancellation).
If there is a change in the product, please cancel all your orders and then place your order again.

* For smooth receipt, if you are not recipient of the products, please forward the order confirmation email to the recipient, or print out and hand it to the recipient.
