(In the arrival area on the second floor of Terminal 3: Open 24 hours)

The pickup location for the products you have ordered is in the restricted area you can use at arrival.
You can use this if you are arriving at Haneda International Terminal 3.

caution
You will not be able to pick up products on the day you use the airport if your arrival terminal changes.Your arrival terminal may change just before you arrive. We are not able to handle bonded goods. This is because formalities are required to move those goods. Thank you for your understanding with this matter.

Please proceed to your left when you see the baggage carousel in front of you after passing though the arrival inspection station on the second floor for T3 ARRIVAL DUTY FREE.located just before the animal and plant quarantine inspection station.
