It is well-politely vatted some selected malt whisky from YAMAZAKI distillery exceeds 25 years. It is a duty free exclusive bottle which is in the box made of precious paulownia and also wrapped with Japanese traditional paper symbolises bamboo forest in YAMAZAKI. It is highly recommended as a gift. MIZUHIKI (decorative Japanese cord made from twisted paper) is a signal which connects a sender with a receiver. Whole the product represents Japanese traditional hospitality deeply rooted into Japanese mind.

From malt whisky which has been ripe more than 25 years, picked up creamy and strong whisky, heavily-peated whisky and rich aromatic whisky from the sherry barrel and took time for after-ripening. It is the duty free exclusive design in the box made of precious paulownia and also wrapped with Echizen Japanese paper depicted of the forest in windy Hakushu.

*Single departure allows only one entry. (No multiple entries are permitted) One customer acquires only one bottle of the exclusive whisky. Entry is finalised when receiving an entry confirmation e-mail. Make sure to confirm that you have received an entry confirmation e-mail.

Only lottery chosen customers receive a notification of the result of the lottery.

We cannot deal with any questions about lottery. We do not accept any confirmation of lottery on the phone or e-mail.

Payment to buy lottery products only can be done at the store you visit. When you pick up your pre-ordered lottery product, we will check these below. Please bring all of them.

About results of lottery

We will notice lottery winners through e-mail after our considerable lottery procedures.

*In some cases, confirmation notifications might be late.

*Lottery winners will receive an e-mail sent by "jdf-narita@japan-airport.jp", please make sure to add your accurate e-mail address on the entry form.

*We cannot deal with any questions about lottery. We do not accept any confirmation of lottery on the phone or e-mail.

About payment and acceptance of pre-ordered items.

Payment and acceptance to buy lottery products only can be done at the store you visit. Check the store below;

■ JAPAN DUTY FREE of the terminal 2 in NARITA airport

Here is our current operation time

A confirmation e-mail/ Passport/ a boarding pass is required to purchase your items. Applied person and a recipient must be the same and also we will check your name on your passport. We cannot sell any products to a customer who is different from the applied customer, if they deleted or cannot show a winning e-mail.
*We cannot sell any products to a customer who is show a winning e-mail image(ex:screen shot),a forwarded winning e-mail,too.

Some notes

About lottery sales

・We cannot change any information (including your departure date and flight) on your entry form thus be cautious when filling out the information.

・If you enter more than once, you will not be eligible to win even if you enter.

・Winning rights cannot be granted or changed to other people. Furthermore, you cannot sell your rights on any auction websites.

・In some cases, we might cancel or change your lottery entry without any notifications. Also, if needed, we will change the "entry terms" without notification to customers, and also amend our lottery sales operation in order to make it the most effective.

・If duplicate entries are made during the period, the latest application will be subject to the lottery.

・Cancelation of your items is available by 5pm of the day before your departure (except for some flights). Please proceed to the URL on a winning e-mail.

・In the case you do not purchase pre-ordered items, your entry qualification and ordered items is temporarily deprived.

・Even if your flight is cancelled, we cannot keep the lottery items, we kindly ask for your understanding.

・Please confirm details of items.

・In some cases, we might cancel your lottery winning rights if we cannot contact due to the reasons that registered e-mail and phone number is unavailable. We kindly ask for your understanding.

・The colour or design and specification might be different from the picture. We kindly ask for your understanding.

About liquor and connecting flight

From the view point of aeronautical safety, carry-on liquid must be lower than 100ml(g) departing by any international flights from Japan. However, products purchased at duty-free shop after passing departure procedures can be brought onto plane, there are some exceptions though.Please confirm it through your airline company beforehand.

Cigarettes, alcohol and perfumes have duty-free exemption depending on a country you visit. When passing customs of your visiting country, items over the duty free exemption. Our shops cannot take any responsibility of any orderings exceed duty-free exemption of each country. We will leave it to your judgement.
